CalcAir Joins the Constellation Software Family

DATAIR Employee Benefit Systems, a long-standing provider of pension administration software, was acquired by Constellation Software Inc.’s Gemini Group effective January 1, 2025. Following the acquisition, the company has rebranded as CalcAir Employee Benefit Systems Inc. 

For more than 50 years, the company has supported retirement professionals with software for pension administration, qualified plan documents, trust accounting, government reporting, and related functions. As CalcAir, it continues that work with the same focus on reliable software, industry expertise, and responsive customer support.
